Microsoft DV Camera and VCR gets corrupted

In case your video capture application can't open or find the Microsoft DV Camera and VCR driver to capture your video, you can use this command to restore it:

WinKey+R ---> type "regsvr32 %windir%\system32\qdv.dll" and hit "Enter"

I can't guarantee it will work for you. But it did for me.
